How much does server management cost in Bangladesh?
Dedicated Server Management starts at ৳18,000 per server per month. VPS or Cloud Management starts at ৳8,000 per server per month. Other server roles and complex infrastructure require an assessment.
Is yearly billing discounted?
No automatic yearly discount is included. Yearly billing is exactly 12 times the monthly fee: ৳216,000 for Dedicated Server Management and ৳96,000 for VPS or Cloud Management.
Which server types can DianaHost manage?
DianaHost can assess dedicated, VPS, cloud, colocation, hosting, FTP, email, DNS, storage, backup, firewall and load balancer servers.
Does the fee include hardware, licenses or cloud charges?
No. Hardware, provider charges, colocation fees, software licenses, paid tools, backup storage and other third party costs are supplied or billed separately.
What is outside the standard management plan?
No standard 24/7 monitoring or guaranteed SLA is claimed. Any response window, monitoring coverage or SLA must be agreed and written into the proposal.
What access is required?
DianaHost needs authorized administrative access appropriate to the scope, such as server credentials, provider console access, firewall access or backup controls. Access should be provided through a secure agreed method.
Can DianaHost handle incidents and migrations?
Yes, after assessment and authorization. Incident recovery depends on access, system condition and available backups. Migration work includes planning and approved cutover tasks, but zero downtime cannot be guaranteed.
