It is for licensed or otherwise authorized A2P SMS providers that need the software to onboard customers, sell SMS, manage balances, connect approved routes and produce operational reports.
Does DianaHost provide the A2P licence?
No. You provide the valid licence or authorization required for your business. DianaHost provides and maintains the SaaS portal; the software does not replace regulatory permission.
What exactly do I receive?
You receive a portal under your brand and domain with a customer workspace, admin console, wallets, rate plans, campaigns, APIs, delivery reports, routing controls and reporting workflows. Final activated modules are confirmed in your scope.
Will DianaHost connect MNO, IPTSP and MNP services?
Yes, DianaHost can configure your approved credentials and connections. Contracts, accounts, sender IDs, templates, routes and regulatory approvals must already be available or obtained by you from the relevant organizations.
Can the portal generate BTRC reports?
The portal supports traffic, sender, customer, delivery and audit records that can be exported for agreed BTRC reporting workflows. The exact report format and your submission responsibility are confirmed during setup.
How much does the portal cost?
The one-time setup charge is ৳15,000. Platform usage is ৳0.02, equal to 2 poisha, for each SMS processed through the portal and is billed monthly from actual usage.
How is the monthly usage bill calculated?
Multiply the number of SMS processed in that month by ৳0.02. For example, 100,000 SMS creates a ৳2,000 portal-usage charge. Operator, provider, route, VAT and regulatory costs are separate.
Does it support masking, non-masking and API SMS?
The portal can manage configured masking and non-masking workflows, bulk campaigns and secure API sending. Availability depends on the senders, templates and routes approved for your business.
Can my customers maintain wallets and buy packages?
Yes. The portal supports customer balances, packages, rate plans, fund requests, transactions and invoices according to your configured commercial rules.
Is this a fully hosted SaaS solution?
Yes. DianaHost hosts, updates and maintains the application and provides agreed platform incident support. You do not need to deploy or maintain the portal software on your own server. Your licence, routes, provider accounts and regulatory obligations remain yours.
